By using EnterTheGroup.com (the Website), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the ‘Terms of Use’).
The Website entitles users to create group or individual projects, create their own online personal profiles and manage contacts. All content created by Users is stored by EnterTheGroup.com and made viewable according to User specifications (unless EnterTheGroup.com is unable to deliver the content for technical reasons).
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Website may be modified or terminated at any time by EnterTheGroup.com and without notice, liability to the user, liability to EnterTheGroup.com or any third party. All services provided by the Website, existing or new, shall be subject to these Terms of Use. Any changes to the Terms of Use can be found at: www.enterthegroup.com/terms.
When Users register for the Website they are required to provide truthful and accurate registration information. As a part of the registration process you will be required to create a username and password. Users are responsible for all of the activity conducted under their username. Users are also responsible for keeping their password confidential.

Your Responsibilities

As a User of EnterTheGroup.com you are responsible for all data, text, information, links and other content (collectively, ‘Content’), whether posted publicly or in restricted access groups, is the sole responsibility of the person who posted the Content. It is irrelevant whether the content is User created or not since any Content brought to the EnterTheGroup.com is the responsibility of the person who has posted it.
If the Content you are posting is confidential or has intellectual property rights attached to it you must be aware that your Content may be copied to external sources by other Users. Any Content posted to the site will be visible by those Users that have been accepted as friends. However, restricted access Content can be copied by those in your friend list and public access Content can be copied by any User.

Safety

We expect our Users to maintain a certain degree of integrity, honesty and ethics when using the Website. To this end there are certain behaviors which we will not tolerate. We believe that maintaining the following set of rules will help to ensure that EnterTheGroup.com is a safe and fun place to manage your work.

1. You will not send or post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on EnterTheGroup.com.
2. You will not collect User’s content or information or otherwise access EnterTheGroup.com using automated means (such as bots, spiders or scrapers) without our permission.
3. You will not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme on EnterTheGroup.com.
4. You will not bully, intimidate or harass any user.
5. You will not upload viruses or malicious code on EnterTheGroup.com.
6. You will not post content that is hateful, threatening, pornographic or that contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence. We may remove Content from your account if we deem it to be inappropriate. If a User has any issues with the validity of material that has been removed please contact: abuse@enterthegroup.com.
7. You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else.
8. You will not offer any giveaway, contests or other types of promotions without the consent of EnterTheGroup.com.
9. You will not use EnterTheGroup.com to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious or discriminatory.
10. You will not do anything that may cause EnterTheGroup.com to slow down or stop functioning. For instance, a denial of service attack is grounds for removal of the User’s account.
11. You will not post anyone’s (including your own) confidential information such as Social Security numbers, credit card numbers or bank account information on the Website.
12. If you have been banned from the Website, you will not attempt to reconnect under an alias. Banned Users wishing to return must re-apply for an account which will require authorization from EnterTheGroup.com management. Please contact: abuse@enterthegroup.com.
13. You may not transfer your account to another User unless you obtain authorization from EnterTheGroup.com first.
14.  You will not provide any falsified personal information, or create a false account on EnterTheGroup.com.
15. You may not use our logo or name in any manner without our expressed written permission.

Amendments

We reserve the right to make amendments to this statement periodically. Changes to the Terms of Use will be posted to the Website at the following address: www.enterthegroup.com/terms. Users who have subscribed to our ‘Website Updates’ newsletter will be informed of changes to the Terms via the newsletter.

Termination

If a User violates any of the Terms of Use outlined here, or any derivative of the Terms, then their account will be terminated. Also, if a User creates legal exposure for EnterTheGroup.com, this is cause for termination of the User’s account.

Definitions

By EnterTheGroup.com we are referring to any and all of the services associated with the website, www.enterthegroup.com and all sub-domains.
By the “Website”, we are referring to www.enterthegroup.com.
By “us”, “we” or “our” we mean EnterTheGroup.com Inc.
By “Content” we mean anything you post on EnterTheGroup.com.
By “User” we mean anyone who is currently a registered user of the Website.
